Intended use

Liune HEAT has been carefully designed to give you a lot of additional space in sauna. For newer and renovation projects.

Structure

8 mm thick tempered safety glass, in accordance with RakMK F2 2001 regulations.

The element is structural steel and the structure is welded at the factory. The patented element is made out of CE-marked steel profiles. The element of HEAT-door is specially designed and made to be suitable for wet areas and does not leave any humidity or moisture inside the structures. 

Door width

610-1110 mm.

Door height

HEAT doors are 2100 mm high.

Depth of the wall

The wall depth is 121 mm when the frame is 95 mm.

Door surface

This Heat-door and window have bright glass. 

Fitting

Sauna door Heat comes with a beautifully crafted wooden handle, the material is aspen. The external handle takes about 100 mm from the free passage. The door is delivered ready for installation, ie the handle is pre-attached.

Frame

The standard door frames for Liune Heat are made of heat-treated aspen. The frame plugs are made of pine.

Threshold

There is no threshold in Liune, ie the passage is unobstructed.

Equipment

The suspension mechanisms are already attached to the element and the door. Only installation is done on-site, as the products are already assembled at the factory. The external handle takes about 100 mm from the free passage. The delivery also includes screws for plasterboard and frames, roller shutters, wooden frame plugs, and a door adjustment key.

Warranty

 We grant (10) a ten-year warranty on the Liune Door prefabricated frame. This requires that the product installation and instructions have been followed and the products were for home use.

Handle the glass door carefully.

The glass door and window are tempered safety glass that, when installed inside the element keep an eye out from large loads and shocks parallel to the level of the glass. When installing a glass door, make sure that the edge of the glass does not touch a hard floor or wall surface. Glass must never be handled with impatience or carelessness. The edges are the most vulnerable points.

If the glass or the edge of the glass is hit sharply, it will break into small crumbs. If the edge of the glass is cracked the glass must not be used, as the risk of glass breakage is bound to happen during and after installation. According to the rules of the Finnish Flat Glass Association, the glass manufacturer or further processor is not responsible for glass breakages that occur during or after the glass is installed.

Delivery package

• Sliding door element ready for installation, with fixed aluminum and lower rails as well as space for the selected door leaf.
• Sliding door. The hanging mechanisms have been attached already. 
• Frames, measured always on one plasterboard panel per installation side.
• Fastenings - The bearings and screws for frame fastening and attaching the plasterboard to the element. 
• Installation guide for the element, which is installed during the frame stage; and for the door, which is usually installed after the surface works have been completed.

The delivery does not include any plasterboards or cover trims.
